Our Process

Initial Consultation

This free consultation helps us understand your requirements and expectations. We provide expert guidance on the best way forward to achieve your goals while addressing any potential challenges.

Concept Floor Plan

Merging your ideas and our expertise, we develop a concept sketch. This takes into consideration the specific requirements of your block, local building requirements and regulations and the way you want to live in your dream home.

Plans and Elevations

Once the concept sketch has been approved, we will finalise your construction plans, ready to submit for building approval. This includes detailed floor plans, side elevations, sectionals and other required design documents.

Preparation for Fixed Price Contract

A final design meeting to develop a comprehensive, fixed-price quote covering joinery, finishes, flooring, tiles, and either our Gold or Silver package. Adjustments are still possible before contract signing.

Contract Signing

When you are happy with your design, inclusions and price, we will prepare a Master Builders contract for your consideration. Once signed, we will obtain building approval and all other requirements to commence construction.

Construction

This is where you get to sit back, relax and let our team do what we do best. Throughout the entire process, you will have Keith’s personal number, who will provide immediate responses to any questions or issues that arise.
